The Plains Drone Swarms
For about three weeks from mid-December 2019 deputies and ranchers across eastern Colorado and western Nebraska reported formations of large drones flying grid patterns at night, some of them near Minuteman missile fields. A multi-county task force and several federal agencies looked into it and no operator was ever identified. This is the record of what was reported, not a verdict on what was flying.
