The Grudge Report 13 Viewing

Bill English says he was assigned to analyse a classified report running past six hundred pages, containing autopsy photographs and craft data, and that his life fell apart afterwards. Filed alongside it is a separate claim from Daniel Sheehan about photographs of a crashed disc in a snowbank. This is the record of what two men say they were shown, not a verdict on what the documents were.

English says the assignment came to him at RAF Chicksands: analyse the secret Grudge and Blue Book Report 13, more than six hundred pages of it. He describes what he says was inside. Autopsy photographs of non-human bodies. Photographs of recovered discs. Technical reports. A statement from Hynek. Mutilation images. He says he recognised photographs of a mutilated B-52 crew as pictures he had taken himself, and that he rated the material ninety-eight per cent probable of being true. Afterwards, he says, he was deported and lost his family.

What is on the record

Five tellings across four channels, resolving to two claimants: Bill English and Daniel Sheehan.

The file also runs two distinct claims under one heading. English's report analysis is one. Sheehan's is the other, and it concerns a different room and different material. He says that while reviewing classified Blue Book files under Carter's orders he found five or six photographs of a saucer-shaped craft embedded in a snowy embankment, with dashes, dots and horseshoe shapes around the base of its dome, being photographed by Air Force personnel in furry hoods. He says he traced the symbols onto a yellow pad he had smuggled in. Three of the five tellings are his.

Dating is loose. The archive's own best estimate is 1974 to 1976 inside a span opened across the 1970s, while the case is indexed to 1977. The archive holds no documents here. There is no copy of Report 13 in the file, no photographs and no paperwork of any kind.

Why it sits where it does

The case grades L3 on multiple independent tellings, and the tier measures independence of sourcing rather than truth. That distinction carries real weight here, because the two claimants are not corroborating each other. They describe separate documents seen years apart. What either man was shown is not resolved here.
